Sigma Suite Synergy provides a platform and workspace for company administration, HR, finance, inventory, projects, notifications, and reporting.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring users only access modules and data within their authorization.

The platform account is used for company administration. The workspace account is used for daily operational activities.

Access may be restricted or suspended if account activities pose security risks, violate terms, or disrupt service reliability.

Customer data remains the property of the customer organization. Data is processed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the application.

The customer organization is responsible for the accuracy, legal basis, and permission for the use of data entered.

Subscription packages determine user limits, branch limits, and feature access rights such as application notifications and the Executive Morning Summary channel.

Package changes may affect capacity and available features. Using the service after a package change means the latest package terms apply.

Do not use the application to upload content that violates the law, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, reverse engineer protected system components, or abuse notification channels.

Do not use one account for multiple people if separate accounts are required for audit and access control purposes.

The service is provided to support operations and reporting. You remain responsible for final decisions related to business, HR, finance, legal, safety, and technical matters made using application data.

To the extent permitted by law, Sigma Suite Synergy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

We may update these terms if the service, pricing, legal requirements, or operational model changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
